Flava

A mix of segregation and connectivity. Keeping the openness of the floor intact, all feature elements are strategically planed to create series of discussion pockets. Guiyang

The project is a lakeside villa with a garden. The design team applied Italian-style modern simplistic design languages to the overall space, and tried to highlight the luxury material textures through simple forms and colors. With geometrically-cut structures and fluid curves, this residence incorporates fun art and the owner's aesthetic preferences. The design team optimized the human scale-friendly spatial layout to enhance functional efficiency. The open, flexible spatial pattern and environment-friendly furniture embody the concept of sustainable design.

The designers subtly integrated modern civilization and traditional culture.

Austin Land

Austin, full of curiosity and adventurous spirit, has made its dreamland for every child. In every corner, there is the imagery of arcs that represents the joyful energy generated by children's playfulness. Meanwhile, the natural lighting makes the space full of vitality. The designer used circle and infinity as concepts in every corner. The space is less right-angled and more rounded and harmonious. Austin drives a small train along the way to collect joyful energy in the ball pool, waiting for the day when the spacecraft is fixed.

Utopia

The radiant natural light is the source of the form of this space. An organic, inclusive space was the feeling designers wanted to create, so they also compared a lot of organic space practices, including the positioning of the construction drawings. The original basement space occupied half of the whole area, but the existing lighting in the basement only allowed the owner to make some useless space out of it. In order to improve the utilization rate of the whole underground space and increase the lighting, the designer wants to create a brand-new construction around the light indoors.

Corridor

The Corridor attracts a diverse clientele. The wine glass symbol on the architectural concrete means that this is where people can have a drink. The logo of the wine glass with a passionate red color attracts the eyes of visitors from far away. Sunlight pours into the other side of the latticed grates, and the floor to ceiling wooden door opens onto a retro brown sofa. The multi-layered lighting fixtures change and the black ironwork combined with the grey painted ceiling create a bar area with a vintage and rough industrial style.
