Hangho Land Boma

The open Western-style kitchen and entertainment area are perfect for parties and recreational activities. In the original space, there were staggered floor slabs and multiple pillars. Designers ingeniously integrated beams and pillars into the open kitchen, which solved the defect of the original spatial structure and enhanced aesthetic and functionality. The sunken courtyard provides a serene space. When the 9m-wide electric door at the courtyard opens, transparent glass and wooden grilles perfectly introduce natural light into the sunken courtyard, presenting a bright and open space.

Mansions Design Inn

The first floor assumes the role of the public area, in which the living room, toilet and storage space are set up. As a living space, the second floor is more concerned with the interpretation of comfort and convenience. The various staircase forms in the factory appear in each room after re-processing, which not only aggrandizement visual center, but also conveys modern factory information through multiple expressions of material and form.

Surely

This is an art, casual and retail all combine together in one space. Since the architecture that is a country-operated garment hook sideline factory. The whole building retains a mottled texture of the wall, as a layer texture of the space, create a different contrast with outside, also creates a space experience. Abandon too much hard decoration, used some soft decoration for display that created a relaxing feeling. The contrast between creation and early stage is more flexible for sustainable development of space in the future.

Fineland QingCloud Library

This space was created to become a creative and casual bookstore where tourists can purchase books, boutique accessories and coffee. The central structure at the entrance visually enhance the customer experience when stepping into the space. To provide independent reading environment, lots of shelves and tables are scattered at the two sides of the central element.

Ufia

Stepping out of the elevator room, a peak shape made of plasterboard with black artistic paint finishes protruding from the top surface, forming the peaks of the rolling hills. The ground curve of the rug is indicative of the element of water. The reception desk made of polymer materials is an extension of the ground curve in the three-dimensional space. The doorplate of each room looks like water stains on the wall. At the other end of the public area, there is a giant stainless-steel shaped water drop, which is about to drip on the ground, and it is especially shimmering under the light.

Sui Han San You

It's a two-storey space, with a high ceiling on the first floor, which is a great advantage. Architectures in Tang dynasty are characterized by perfect integration of strength and beauty as well as balance between rigor and magnificence. Such features were incorporated into the design, where walnut columns were orderly arranged at the sides and linked to the ceiling. Designers adopted a minimalist style to interpret the mutual complementation between the parts and the whole. The design team used modern techniques and expressions to reshape the beauty of interior structures.
