Chinlink Office

Business, finance and leisure and other functions are integrated into a place, the Chinlink International Center. The design is simplistic and significant yet playful. Dots, lines and planes compose the geometric figures and forms into varying beautiful patterns. The office area spans from 18F to 20F. The designers used different styles of carpets to highlight and distinguish functional areas and provided the possibility of adding more elements. The geometric blocks are used to divide the spatial layout and guide the paths, on the boardroom area from the 23F-25F.

Tianxi No.1

Located in the bustling downtown area of Shenzhen, Tianxi No.1 is full of commercial atmosphere and sees the hustle and bustle of the city. As a local high-end real estate, it hopes to convey a kind of elegant and secluded life of oriental humanities in the impetuous downtown. The entrance uses a wide waterscape to create a place atmosphere of the whole space, and in the core of the downtown, a sense of place is set off in a quiet way.

Fireplace Valley

The best way to appreciate beauty of Guilin is to take a bamboo raft and gently row in the aesthetic, poetic realm. Against the creamy-white marble background at the entrance to the Sales Center, a half-arc, purple landscape marble emulates form of a small boat in a skillful way as if a fishing boat slowly approaches in the misty spray under a peak. The Negotiation Area features sinking couches where customers can sit around. With an atomized fireplace embedded on ground as the center.

Pingshan Cultural Cluster Book Mall

Pingshan Cultural Cluster - Book Mall, taking the local Hakka enclosed house culture as the design concept and the pattern of round outside but square inside as the main feature, has its space divided into "Square" and "Round" zones. The square zone is oriented to young people, the overall layout of which expands around the central activity area. Inspired by "Diaolou" (tower building), we adopt the highly structured facade of Diaolou to create characteristic walls for the atrium. The use of mirror finish ceiling makes the image extend infinitely, activating the memory to the whole space.

El Lissitzky

The new terminal is designed in Russian constructivist style. The imposing ceiling in the lounge is a representation of the supremacist style of El Lissitzky which he called Proun, "the stage where someone changes from painting to architecture". By adopting the architectural columns in the ceiling design it was possible to divide the lounge into zones. The large mirror wall at the end of the lounge makes the movement become infinite.
