Poly Huadu T4

T4 office area, composed of auto parts, starts with dreamer as the theme art installation. It has an inspirational background wall composed of 2000 pencils, a conference room, an original rotating sofa and a lighting system. The combination of wood color and white and vertical wood strips make the space cleaner, more comfortable, more open and higher, in order to break the boring environment of the inherent office. Designers hope to create a dream chaser, free, open and social office environment through these.

Space Travel Technology

This isn't just an office, but also a technological spacecraft that is taking everyone to pass through the wormhole as it uses white and curved walls to resemble a capsule in a spaceship, and the inadvertently protruding streamer plates represent the unpredictable and various-sized asteroids within the universe. Technology makes traveling through time and space, and infinite possibilities probable.

Renmin Road 1979

This case is mainly around the clues of Time, Emotion and City, interpreting the inheritance from the old Renmin Road and the new urban development. Through the maintenance and reshapeing of the existing buildings and spaces, inward construction is adopted for the development. The urban memory, cultural symbols and their underlying logics are retained with modern design techniques, to create an interdependent community of the old and the new, to explore the completion and cooperation between reconstruction and preservation, and to motivate people for critical thinking about things.

Decidedly modern, this office takes on a dynamic shape that speaks suaveness and sophistication, while achieving the main objective of functions for privacy and teamwork environment in most sustainable way. Shades of blue with gradient transition at reception brings out corporate identity, different flooring and finishes are used to achieve desirable zone segregation. Taking the advantage of natural daylight along perimeter window, island layout arrangement provides essential access to resources around while creating bright and airy atmosphere.

As a sales center with the theme of parent-child activities, the designer tries to present the sales space from the perspective of children. The project considers the needs of adults and children in a balanced way, and tries to create an activity space that allows children to fully experience exploration and parents to rest assured.

Land of Euphoria

Reversing the function-oriented design of sales office and the old impression of the site, the designer set up a suspended roof with simple design and color matching coupling with Chinese garden landscaping method, further created a fantasy of settling. The hall bringing in greenery with bright windows as well extracting local culture, giving an experience of nature and transcending substance. The overall design retained traditional oriental aesthetics and also brought fresh thinking in line with the times.
