Poetic and Artistic

The building is a typical penetrating house that the width is narrow, the depth of the house is deep, and the stairs are located in the centre of the building. The plane is cut into two spaces, the front and the rear, also known as the "Love Ladder", which creates low-intensity, incomplete areas and other issues. However, this case's designer broke the house's traditional design and adjusted the interior space.

Distillery

The new extension combines distillery, shop and tasting bar in one place. The industrial design ambience is complemented by various traditional materials such as copper, steel, wood, glass and stone. These traditional materials reflect the distillery's craftsmanship and create a calm atmosphere. The central element is a bar table illuminated by a lamp made from distillery bottles. Opposite it is a bar element made of raw steel with a copper surface. The interior is complemented by a glass lift to the cellar.

Westland Insurance

With Inspiring and Approachable as the design concept, each floor has a uniform welcoming feel. Inspiring views are highlighted by isolating them for shared communal use amongst staff. Repetition in materiality provides staff with the familiarity to navigate between floors seamlessly. A featured staircase joins the upper two floors, creating connection. With an emphasis on flexible design, the seventh floor houses the reception area, conference center, bistro and catering kitchen and can double as an event space. Local materials native to Canada showcase the company's heritage.

Setoff

This the compound exhibition and sales store of kitchenware located in central Taipei city. With both first and second floor has two exhibition areas, the third floor has one exhibition area and a office space. The exhibits in the exhibition and sales store will be changed with the different seasons. The designer uses the material close to the nature and the color with low color degree for the ceiling, floor, and wall.

Guangzhou Julong Bay

Located on the west bank of the Pearl River, the original site with four separated brick warehouses built in the 1950s was a significant granary of Guangzhou. As the first stage of the city government's renewal master plan in the area, the key objectives of the adaptive reuse project were to remain its industrial past as a reminder of history, while building a city-planning exhibition hall and civic center that act as a beacon to investors, developers, and citizens, to encourage massive participation in the rebirth of the old district.

Meat Festival

This is the Yakiniku Family Restaurant. Inspired by traditional Japanese festival, the representative elements such as fireworks, goldfish fishing, street vendors' market, children's games and so on, are substituted into the stores. To create the atmosphere, large flags, light boxes, children's game display, arch structure, and red color, etc., are used to directly immerse the moment of festival time. Maintain the privacy of customers while considering the mobility of the space and the sense of prosperity and bustle of the festival atmosphere.
