Vanke DaJia is a brand exhibition hall located in Changsha City, China. The interior covers an area of 760 square meters and was converted from a former sales center. Nature is the main theme, and a large amount of wood color creates a calm atmosphere. Further colors are drawn from the Jardin Majorelle in Marrakech, Morocco. The materials include grey terrazzo, art texture paint, grey oak wood and bronze sand blasted stainless steel. The hall holds a gift shop, a floral area, a coffee bar and reading areas for children and adults.

Elegance

Elegance is a residential interior design for a new apartment in Taiwan. The interior covers 152 square meters and holds three rooms, a living room, a dining room and three bathrooms. The plan is divided into a social area, a private area and a kitchen, which remain independent yet connected. A palette of black, white and gray supports clean lines, calm light and smooth circulation. Materials include seamless PanDOMO flooring, solid wood flooring, gray glass and wood veneer. The children's room combines a continuous desk, a bunk bed and storage along the walls.

Chengdu Gift

Chengdu Gift is a retail space designed for the display and sale of local gift products. The interior covers 137 square meters and is shaped around the idea of a gift box that is about to be opened. The main frame is a domed structure formed by 320 white metal plates cut in the shape of ginkgo leaves, a plant closely linked to the city of Chengdu. The metal plates are assembled onto arched steel pipes, a method chosen to suit a short construction period. Transparent glass plates act as carriers for the gifts on display.

Changsha Vanke Zitai A18

Changsha Vanke Zitai A18 is a show flat interior located in Changsha, China. The design departs from the neoclassical Chinese style common in local real estate marketing and offers a classic and elegant living atmosphere instead. Modern design methods create a sense of luxury within an area of 253 square meters. The balcony is integrated into the living room, and a large glass window opens toward the Xiang River and the surrounding mountains. Studio Family is a 191.4 square meter residential interior that also serves as a commercial photography space. The former office layout was reorganized, and the utility lines are now concealed to keep the ceiling height and floor efficiency. A sliding door separates the public and private areas, and the hallways are placed behind the door so the public area stays open for play and for shooting. Mobile furniture allows the space to be rearranged as needed. Reflective materials are avoided and embedded lights are installed for even lighting.

Shiding Tea Ceremony

Shiding Tea Ceremony is a tea art classroom created for a high school in Taipei. The project converts a damp and dark storage room into an open teaching space. Large glass windows and a wooden platform connect the interior with the surrounding landscape, and bamboo is used as the ceiling material. One original tea stove and chimney are kept as a reminder of the past. The glass is thickened and the window frames are reinforced for safety. The space measures 18370 mm in width, 9280 mm in depth and 4430 mm in height. The open layout supports contact between students, visitors and nature.

Star Travel Tod Flat is a residential interior design for an apartment of 182 square meters. Anxin

Anxin is an exhibition center designed to present forest farm resources. The curved form of wood shavings is the main inspiration for the interior. Curved walls of scattered and stacked logs surround the exhibition hall and create a quiet atmosphere. The large logs give visitors the impression of standing in a forest. At the entrance, a map shows the distribution of the forest farm resources of Anxin around the world. The map is made of log waste. A specially designed rotating plate adds interaction to the space. The center is built entirely from waste wood to support environmental care.

Be Fly Utopia

Be Fly Utopia is a sales center located in Chongqing, China, covering 225 square meters. The design combines a coffee shop, a library and a life experience hall within one interior. The first floor holds the coffee area, with 300 by 1200 millimeter gray floor tiles and a counter finished in neutral gray bricks. The staircase, bookcase and bar use light wood tones. A tall bookcase rises beside the stairs to the second floor. The ceiling of the negotiation area follows the original sloped roof and uses two folding plates. The intent is a warm and natural space for the future community.

Land of Abundance

Land of Abundance is a sales center located in Chengdu City, Sichuan. The interior covers 1200 square meters and was completed in July 2019. The design applies Oriental aesthetics through a contemporary design language. A transparent and light door marks the entrance and sets the character of the whole space. The sand table area is open and wide, and warm smooth lines flow through the space. A large lamp named Beyond the Clouds is placed above the sand table and gives visitors an artistic and interactive experience.
